AGILE THINKING, INSPIRED DESIGN

Our engineers and heathcare experts work side by side with clinicians to develop mobile applications, virtual reality environments, anatomically correct simulations, and other novel patient-centered products for clinical education, performance improvement, and patient safety that enable our customers to transform the practice of healthcare.

OUR STORY

SIMnext corporate headquarters and R&D division are located in the Jump Trading Simulation and Education Center on the campus of the OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, a 609 bed tertiary care and teaching center in Peoria, Illinois. The company was founded by OSF Healthcare and other investors to commercialize unique simulation-based training, education, and certification technologies developed and in use within Jump and the 1,540 bed healthcare system. The company’s long-term commitment to impact healthcare is rooted in the vision of the Sisters of the third order of St. Francis who founded OSF Hospital in 1880 and who continue to serve its patients with the greatest care and love. The company’s spirit of innovation is inspired by thousands of OSF clinicians and the cutting edge technologies practiced at Jump. In 2014 the growing company opened engineering and manufacturing facilities on the main campus of the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, Illinois. This combination of world-class engineering and healthcare resources make SIMnext uniquely suited to revolutionize the use of simulation technologies for clinical education, training, and certification.
